4) Content & License

  • “Assets” include PSD/AI/Sketch/Figma files, mockups, fonts (where applicable), templates, graphics and other downloadable materials published on the Website.

  • Unless otherwise noted on the asset page, Assets are provided under a royalty-free license for personal and commercial use in end projects, subject to the Prohibited Uses below.

  • Attribution is [not required / appreciated].

  • Ownership: We (or our contributors/licensors) retain all intellectual property rights in the Assets. You receive a license, not ownership.

5) Permitted Uses (summary)

You may:

  • Use, edit, and combine Assets in your own end-products (websites, social media posts, ads, print, client work, app UI, etc.).

  • Include edited Assets in deliverables for clients.

  • Store copies for backup within your organization.

6) Prohibited Uses (important)

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, re-publish or re-package Assets as-is or in a competing library, marketplace, app, or collection (paid or free).

  • Claim the Assets as your own or register IP rights over them.

  • Use Assets to train or improve generative AI models (including but not limited to dataset creation, embedding corpora, fine-tuning) without our prior written consent.

  • Use any included logos/brands/people in a way that violates privacy, publicity, or trademark rights, or implies endorsement.

  • Use in illegal, defamatory, or hateful content, or to create misleading or deceptive materials.

  • Remove embedded watermarks/metadata where present (unless the asset’s license explicitly allows it).

If an asset has a custom license on its page, that license prevails over this section.

7) Download Limits & Fair Use

To protect service stability, we may apply rate limits (e.g., daily/weekly caps), block automated requests, or ask for additional verification in case of unusual activity.

8) User Content & Feedback

If you upload, submit or propose content (e.g., comments, feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and adapt it for operating and improving the Website. Do not submit content you do not have rights to.

9) Third-Party Links & Tools

The Website may link to third-party sites or include third-party assets (e.g., Google Sign-In). We are not responsible for their content or policies. Use them at your own risk.

10) Intellectual Property & DMCA
